Kevin Lord, Owner

Before founding Thomas & Lord in 2003, Kevin was known throughout Western Massachusetts as a top-of-the-line finish carpenter where he also operated a successful construction partnership. Kevin’s experience in construction and his training as a finish carpenter make him the ideal person to oversee all custom home projects. Kevin’s attention to detail and high standards ensure that every aspect of every Thomas & Lord home is executed at the highest possible level. Mindful of how important each project is to his customers, Kevin takes a hands-on role in making sure craftsmanship is at the forefront of the building process.
