Kevin Lord
Kevin Lord is Welcome Back Cottage's carpentry and construction ace. Before moving to the area to co-found Welcome Back with Maine native Kevin Thomas, Kevin was known throughout Western Massachusetts as a top-of-the-line finish carpenter. He also operated a successful construction partnership. Kevin's experience in construction and his training as a finish carpenter make him the ideal person to oversee our custom home projects. Kevin's attention to detail and high standards combine to ensure that every aspect of every Thomas and Lord home is executed at the highest possible level. Mindful of how important every project is to every customer, Kevin takes a hands-on role in making sure craftsmanship is at the forefront of what we do at every point in the building process.
